At this year’s Best of BC Wine Awards, our Coyote Bowl Chardonnay was named Best White in Show!
Golden in colour, the wine starts off with notes of lemon zest, golden delicious apple, nashi pear, honeycomb, vanilla bean custard, and a slate-like minerality. On the palate, the above-mentioned flavours continue to the very back of the throat, lingering for up to a minute after swallowing. The intense flavours are framed in a full, rich, yet refined texture held together with vibrant acidity. It is a classic expression of Okanagan Chardonnay, which confidently straddles old world complexity and new world texture and personality.
